1. Orders and Payment
To place an order, request catalogs or obtain information about our products and services call 800-446-8811 or 650-969-8811. You may also make requests from our web site, http://www.duniway.com .
The minimum domestic order that will be processed is $25.00. The minimum international order is $100.00.
Terms of Payment
Domestic terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice once credit has been approved. Otherwise terms are COD or Cash in Advance. Visa®, Mastercard® or American Express® credit cards are accepted.
International terms are prepayment prior to shipment via wire transfer or credit card.
International orders also have additional export handling fees.
Contact our sales department to establish credit with Duniway Stockroom. You may submit information to open a new account from our website by filling out our Credit Application found under the Documents heading.
2. Shipping and Delivery Policies
All standard shipping is made by the following method unless otherwise specified:
All products in stock normally ship same day, provided order is placed by 12:00 pm (PST), but not always depending upon that day's order volume. Due to processing times, Credit Card orders placed through the Duniway website before noon Pacific Time will typically ship next day. Orders placed after that time will typically ship two days later. If your order is critical and must ship same day, call us. Products not in stock will ship at earliest possible ship date to be determined when order is placed and customer will be advised.
- All shipments are FOB Fremont, California
- Shipments are prepaid and added to invoice or freight collect with customer account number provided.
- All shipments are insured for total product purchase price unless otherwise specified by customer. If customer chooses no insurance, the item will only be covered up to the maximum amount offered by the carrier (typically $100 or less). In the event of loss or damage, customer will still be liable for full payment to Duniway Stockroom.
- Standard shipping is via UPS Ground and as such is subject to UPS shipping schedules, which vary by delivery location. Specific times are available on request. Deliveries in the 48 contiguous states are in general between 2-10 business days from when the package leaves our warehouse.
- Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states may require alternate shipping and will ship best way as determined by Duniway Stockroom.
Non-standard shipments must be specified by the customer. General notice is to include the following:
- Alternate carrier should be named at time of order
- Orders may be specified to ship collect
- Charges of non-standard methods of shipping are determined by the specified carrier
- In some cases oversized items may be charged at a "dimensional weight" rate which can be substantially higher than regular surface rates
International shipping is subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes, if imposed, are assessed in the destination country and are not calculated or collected by Duniway Stockroom. Duties and taxes are collected from the recipient. Additionally, most countries have administrative fees that are collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.
Due to import/export restrictions, Duniway Stockroom is unable to ship to some foreign countries and if shipping is not available, customers will be advised.
All shipping charges are in US dollars.
3. Return Policy
Returns for Repair/Rebuilding
Prior to returning any merchandise to Duniway for rebuilding or repair, an RMA number must be obtained from Duniway. To receive an RMA number, a HAZMAT form must first be submitted. The HAZMAT form in printable PDF format can be downloaded from our web site HERE.
Proper packaging should be used so that the merchandise arrives safely at Duniway. Duniway is not liable for any damage to your merchandise that occurs due to improper packaging and handling. Contact us if you have any questions about what constitutes proper packaging for your merchandise.
If returning mechanical pumps for repair or rebuild, all oil must be drained from the pumps prior to their return.
Merchandise may be returned at the sole discretion of Duniway Stockroom, but not more than 60 days after shipment. A fee may be charged for restocking the item. An RMA number must be obtained from Duniway before returning any merchandise.
Any request by customers for cancellation in total or part of any purchase order must be approved at the sole discretion of Duniway Stockroom and shall be subject to the following conditions:
- Duniway must receive written notice of Request for Cancellation, stating the reasons.
- Customer shall be liable for restocking charges to Duniway in the event of cancellation.
Unless otherwise noted, products manufactured by Duniway Stockroom. (hereinafter referred to as “Duniway”) are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment from Duniway to the buyer. Any modification to the product by the buyer or their agent voids this warranty. Liability under this warranty is expressly, limited to replacement or repair (at Duniway’s option) of defective parts. Duniway may at any time discharge its warranty as to any of its products by refunding the purchase price and taking back the products. This warranty applies only to parts manufactured, and labor provided, by Duniway under valid warranty claims received by Duniway within the applicable warranty period and shall be subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
All warranty replacement or repair of parts shall be limited to equipment malfunctions which, in the sole opinion of Duniway, are due or traceable to defects in original materials or workmanship. Malfunctions caused by abuse or neglect of the equipment are expressly not covered by this warranty. Duniway expressly disclaims responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the use of its products other than in accordance with proper operating and safety procedures. Reasonable care must be taken by the user to avoid hazards.
In-warranty repaired or replacement parts are warranted only for the remaining unexpired portion of the original warranty period applicable to the parts which have been repaired or replaced.
After expiration of the applicable warranty period, the buyer shall be charged at Duniway’s current prices for parts and labor plus transportation.
Except as stated herein, Duniway makes no warranty, expressed or implied, either in fact or by operation of law, statutory or otherwise: and, except as stated herein, Duniway shall have no liability for special or consequential damages of any kind or from any cause arising out of the sale, installation, or use of any of its products. Statements made by any person, including representatives of Duniway, which are inconsistent or in conflict with the terms of this warranty shall not be binding upon Duniway unless reduced to writing and approved by an officer of Duniway.
An RMA number must be obtained from Duniway before returning any merchandise for warranty. To receive an RMA number, a HAZMAT form must first be submitted to Duniway. The HAZMAT form in printable PDF format can be downloaded from our web site under Documents.
In the first year of warranty, goods must be returned, freight prepaid to Duniway and will be returned freight prepaid to the customer. After the first year, all freight costs must be paid by the customer.
