- Open Pump & Remove Elements
- Disassemble Elements Completely
- Clean Stainless Steel Parts
- Replace Titanium and Tantalum Parts (Tantalum, if needed, for additional cost)
- Clean and/or Replace Ceramic Parts
- Vacuum Degas all Metal Element Parts
- Reassemble Elements
- Install the Elements in the Clean Body
- Leak Check
- Bake-Out on Vacuum Manifold
- Check for leakage current
- Pinch off Seal
- Clean Exterior
- Check for Leakage Current
