torr @ 1800 degrees Celsius. Maximum temperature is 2400 degrees Celsius. Sorption-venturi roughing, Ion and Turbo pump stations and bulk titanium sunblimation pumps. Four eighty (480) volt, 3 phase 60 hz, 480 KVA saturable reactor power supply and all controls. This is a complete system including lid hoist, free standing platform and documentation.
